Following our initial meeting, we’ll conduct a complimentary, no-obligation inspection of your land plot. This step allows us to gain valuable insights into the unique characteristics of your property, ensuring a tailored approach to your project.



Once we’ve thoroughly understood your needs and aspirations and you’ve accepted the project quote, we kick-start the formal council approval process.

At Upton Construction, we take care of all the necessary paperwork and arrangements, ensuring compliance with council requirements and regulations. You can rest assured that we handle this process seamlessly, drawing from our extensive experience and knowledge.

Once everything is in order, we swiftly secure Complying Development approval within 2 to 3 weeks. While the timeline for the Development Application process through your local council may vary, we navigate it efficiently to keep your project moving forward smoothly.

Your designation project manager will be in touch to coordinate a commencement date. Generally your build time will take 12-14 weeks.
